Sweet cookies are good, sure. But what about spicy ones? Mixing spices with sweet treats is fairly new to the States, but boy is it delicious! These Mexican Tea Cookies are a perfect little punch of sweet and spicy, and they are perfect with some green or black tea.
Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees. Butter and flour your pan and set aside. Then, cream the butter in a bowl. Add the sugar, beating the mixture until it is light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating frequently. Add the flour, cinnamon, and cloves to the mixture, stirring
